It is with great sadness that Matzav.com reports the petirah of Rabbi Moshe Greenberg zt”l.
Rabbi Greenberg, a pillar of the Flatbush community, was the longtime rov of Young Israel of Midwood.
One of the first talmidim of Bais Medrash Govoah, Rabbi Greenberg was a noted talmid chochom who went on to have a long and successful career in the rabbinate, inspiring and guiding thousands of mispallelim over the years.
Rabbi Greenberg was a brother-in-law of the posek hador, Hagaon Rav Dovid Feinstein.
The levayah will be held today at noon at Young Israel of Midwood, located at 1694 Ocean Avenue in Brooklyn.
