Rav Chaim Shlomo Leibowitz, rosh yeshiva of the Ponovezh Yeshiva in Bnei Brak, is still hospitalized in serious condition and has somewhat stabilized at Sheba Medical Center in Tel Hashomer.
Nevertheless, doctors state that the rosh yeshiva has contracted an infection that, in his current state, could be life-threatening.
All are asked to continue davening for Rav Chaim Shlomo ben Tzaita Leah.
