It is with great sadness that we report the passing of Rav Mordechai Tzvi Susna zt”l.
Rav Mordechai Tzvi, who resided in Boro Park, was a noted writer and mashpiah who used his talents to spread the devar Hashem and uphold the hashkafas haTorah.
Rav Susna founded Vaad Lehoromas Keren Hatorah and spread messages of Torah and chizuk to thousands.
Rav Mordechai Tzvi is survived by a family of marbitzei Torah and bnei Torah. He leaves behind his wife, Mrs. Goldy Susna; his children, Rabbi Eliezer Susna, Rabbi Simcha Moshe Susna, Mrs. Esther Hershkowitz, Mrs. Sara Leeba Lezer and Mrs. Pesha Leah Bandman.
The family is sitting shivah at 1539 39th Street, between 15th and 16th Avenues.

Rav Susna Ztl was a unique neshoma that lived only for the emes.i remember working with him on projects to bolster Torahlife over forty years ago and was awestruck by his midos. May his family find chizuk in the merit and light he brought to the world
