It is with great sadness that Matzav.com reports the petirah of Rav Ozer Yonah Kushner zt”l. He was 82.
Rav Kushner, a resident of Lakewood, NJ, served for many years as a R”M at Mesivta of Long Beach, being marbitz Torah to generations of talmidim.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Shulamis Kushner, and their family.
The levayah will be held today, at 4 p.m., at the Congregation Sons of Israel Holocaust Memorial Chapel, located at 613 Ramsey Avenue, in Lakewood NJ.

To anonymous: he was a Rebbi in Los Angeles (and also florida, St. Louis, Mexico) in the years before he came to Long Beach. Long Beach was his last (and longest) shtellar. YZB
