Rav Aharon Leib Shteinman has been hospitalized at Maayanei Hayeshuah Medical Center in Bnei Brak after feeling unwell.
Rav Shteinman, who is extremely weak and has been battling health complications of late, is in the intensive care unit of the hospital.
The doctors at the hospital are conducting a battery of comprehensive tests, after which doctors will decide what further treatment can be administered in light of Rav Shteinman’s age and frailty.
Rav Shteinman has been intermittently hospitalized since earlier this year.
Dr. Motty Ravid, director of Maayanei Hayeshua, said that Rav Shteinman’s condition is serious.
All are asked to continue davening for Rav Aharon Yehuda Leib ben Gittel Faiga.
