Rav Yehoshua Goldschmidt, 62, a resident of Jerusalem’s Bayit Vagan neighborhood was nifter suddenly yesterday.
He was known to many as the beloved owner of Chabakkuk Children’s Play Store, located in Geula.
He had recently undergone a simple operation and was a perfectly healthy person, and his petirah shocked his family.
Rabbi Goldschmidt is survived by his wife and his nine children – two still living at home.
