It is with great sadness that Matzav.com reports the passing of Rav Yehuda Mutzapi zt”l.
Rav Yehuda was diagnosed with a debilitating illness last year and suffered tremendously the past few months. His condition worsened in recent weeks. Last night, Rav Yehuda called his family to his bedside to say vidui. He passed away this morning.
Rav Yehuda was the rosh yeshiva of Minchas Yehuda. He was a son of the noted mekubal Rav Shlomo Mutzapi and a brother of ybl”c Rav Ben Tzion Mutzapi.
The levaya was held today, followed by kevura on Har Hamenuchos.
