The story of Osnat Benshitrit made ripples through worldwide news yesterday. The 32-year-old mother of 4 was 30 weeks pregnant and had no health conditions when she contracted coronavirus. One week later, she passed away.

Osnat’s family says that as her condition worsened she remained home, because she was afraid to go to the hospital. This is understandable, as the corona wards are known to be a very unpleasant place, especially for a woman in her third trimester. Tragically, however, arriving at the hospital earlier could have saved her life.

This serves as a powerful reminder to all, including those with no pre-existing health conditions, that if they experience difficulty breathing while fighting COVID they should ask their doctor if they should go to the hospital.

Osnat’s husband Rabbi Yehuda Benshitrit is now left to raise 4 small children without their mother. An emergency fund has been opened to help the young father support his family alone, a feat which likely seems impossible from his current perspective of devastating grief. Though no amount of financial help will ease their pain, donations will allow them to take the space they need to process this tragedy.

  1. She took the first vaccine and got corona. Corona doesn’t always respond to treatments after the vaccine. As far as going to the hospital, it depends on the hospital. some hospitalshave amazing covid protocols and others are terrible this causes people to pass away needlessly. In Israel you should call Chasdei amram who are saving lives. Early treatment and checking oxygen are always the best way to deal with COVID and there are safe options for pregnant woman such as hcq, vitamins, iv c, and enzymes (neprinol). GET EDUCATED and call covid help lines such as somech, save a life and chasdei amram. The vaccine was not tested for pregnant women.

    • Thanks, “Ima” amd “important details” for the clarification. Indeed I hear more and more that it is more dificult to treat Covid if you have it after the injection.

    • #fakenews
she did not get the vaccine, her husband did.
everything else you wrote though is pretty solid.
I would add, that many doctors have been recommending Quercetin instead of HCQ very effectively to avoid political (and in some states legal) implications.
It seems to be working just the same.

      • Bunch of Baloney!

I know firsthand that someone who believed that Quercetin would help. She took in religiously everyday the way it was recommended. She got VERY sick with Corona and was almost hospitalized.

Stop twisting every story to fit your primitive narrative!!

        • Quercetin helps for low risk people to treat covid. It’s not so effective for prevention. HCQ, ivermectin and Neprinol work better — very high success rate.

  2. She had gotten the first dose of the vaccine. Notwithstanding, she contracted covid. It’s very hard to treat the virus once the vaccine is in the body.

    • wrong. she did not get any dose!
im curious though- why is it harder to treat the virus once the vaccine is in the body more than if its not? there r hardly any treatments for covid anyways… this hardly makes sence as it is proven even one dose of vaccine should lower the chances of serious illness.

    • “It’s very hard to treat the virus once the vaccine is in the body.”

How do you know? What evidence to you claim do you have? Are you a medical doctor?
      Don’t spread fake news !!!!!!

  3. as her family confirmed- SHE DID NOT GET THE VACCINE!! not the first dose either, she was hesitant to take it and then contracted corona before she could make her final decision. STOP SPREADING LIES!

  4. Why are you two – Important and Ima spreading false information? Look up the video of her husband speaking. HE – the husband got his first vaccine dose, but was already infected at that time.
The late wife was SCHEDULED to receive hers, but got ill before then, and was no longer eligible to get it. Her condition rapidly deteriorated, and she passed away.
Just because you personally are against, or afraid of taking the shots, you aren’t entitled to lie about the facts, let alone to discourage people at risk from protecting their lives.
