It is with great sadness that Matzav.com reports the petirah of Reb Moshe Bertram z”l. He was 82.
Reb Moshe was the founder of Bertram Foods and engaged in numerous chassodim over the years. His ehrlichkeit and yashrus were well known, his honesty unquestioned.
Reb Moshe is survived by his wife, Mrs. Chanie Bertram, and his children, R’ Shimmy Bertram, R’ Yerucham Bertram, Mrs. Yitty Dessler, R’ Yitzchok Bertram, and R’ Heshy Bertram.
The levayah will be held today at 10:15 a.m. at the Congregation Sons of Israel Holocaust Memorial Chapel, located at 613 Ramsey Avenue, off of East 7th Street, in Lakewood, NJ, followed by kevurah at Wellwood Cemetery in Long Island.
