It is with great sadness that Matzav.com reports the passing of Rebbetzin Rochel Singer a”h, the Aleksander Rebbetzin of Boro Park. She was 94.
The rebbetzin was the mother of the Aleksander Rebbe of Boro Park and wife of the previous rebbe, who passed away on Shabbos.
The levaya was held at the Aleksander Bais Medrash on 56th Street in Boro Park.

The previous Rebbe did not pass away this past Shabbos, he passed away in 1989. The rebbetzin passed away on Shabbos.
