According to the Daily Mail, President Joe Biden utilized “cue cards” during his tea meeting with British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on Tuesday, ahead of the NATO summit in Lithuania. The purpose was to discuss key topics and references related to NATO, including “F-16” and “Turkey.”

The report mentioned that Biden arrived in London on Monday for meetings with Sunak and King Charles III, aiming to improve his reputation in the Commonwealth and emphasize Britain as a “closer friend and greater ally.” During the meeting with Sunak, Biden expressed optimism about the progress made in their relationship, stating, “We’ve got a lot to talk about… our relationship is rock solid.”

This is not the first time the octogenarian president has been observed using cheat sheets. In April, photojournalists captured an image of a note card during a news conference, which featured a headshot of Los Angeles Times reporter Courtney Subramanian along with her question. Although the Times denied submitting the question in advance, it closely resembled the one asked by the reporter.

Business Insider reported that in June 2022, Biden was seen with a card providing detailed instructions for a White House meeting, including directions on entering the room, greeting guests, taking a seat, interacting with the press, and more. This incident raised concerns among Biden’s opponents, with former President Donald Trump advisor Stephen Miller calling for hearings on the 25th amendment.

The utilization of these cue cards has prompted questioning of Biden’s mental acuity in his role as president.
