According to a report from Iran’s Fars news agency, the Israeli airstrike that eliminated Hezbollah military commander Fuad Shukr also killed Milad Bedi, an Iranian military adviser to the IRGC.

Reportedly, Bedi had been inside the building where Shukr was killed, and his body was just identified.

It took Hezbollah more than 24 hours to finally admit that Shukr, it’s most senior military commander, was in fact eliminated by Israel. Iran has yet to officially recognize the death of Bedi in the strike.

Shukr was killed in response to the Hezbollah rocket strike massacre on a soccer field in the Golan Heights that murdered 12 Israeli Druze children. He was also a wanted man by the US Government, who held him responsible for the 1983 bombing in Beirut in which 241 American servicemen were murdered.

In response to the death of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran, Iranian Supreme Leader Khamenei reportedly gave the directive for Iran to attack Israel directly.

Prime Minister Netanyahu stated that: “we will settle the score with all those who massacre our citizens”
