According to Kan broadcaster, Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu’s flight route back from Washington, DC, yesterday was altered to bypass Canadian airspace because of an active arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court for his arrest.
Since Canada is a member of the ICC and a signatory to its Rome Statute, the country is obligated to detain Netanyahu should he enter its jurisdiction.
Although some ICC member states have indicated they would not arrest Netanyahu, Canada made it clear last November that it would “abide” by the court’s warrant and carry out the arrest if necessary.

I think if they would have dared to force netanyahu’s plane to land or they would have done anything if he had to make an emergency landing, they would have in the 51st state. It would have been just talked by President Trump, it would have been action.
