President Donald Trump is preparing to issue around 100 pardons and commutations on his final full day in office Tuesday, according to three people familiar with the matter, a major batch of clemency actions that includes white collar criminals, high-profile rappers and others but — as of now — is not expected to include Trump himself.
The White House held a meeting on Sunday to finalize the list of pardons, two sources said.
Trump, who had been rolling out pardons and commutations at a steady clip ahead of Christmas, had put a pause on them in the days leading up to and directly after the January 6 riots at the US Capitol, according to officials.

Wikipedia states that to date “the Pew Research Center found overall he granted less clemency than any modern president”. It lists 70 pardons and 24 commutations, plus one reversal of a military demotion. So Governor Cuomo signed a new law in 2019 to allow New York to prosecute under New York people who had been pardoned by the President. So I researched it, and of course, the law had a provisions that it applies ONLY to those with a connection to president, a loophole obviously designed to protect Democrats (like the enormous list pardoned by Clinton) who will be allowed to claim they had no connection and the Democrats propaganda machine known as the mainstream media will cover up for them.
He will pardon at least some of the Capitol rioters.
I have no idea who Trump will pardon but presidential pardons are badly by all presidents.
Trump won’t be the exception
Let us hope that, Im Yirtza Hashem, he will give a full pardon to Rav Asher Eiseman, Sh’lita, the director of the Bnei Torah school for special needs children, whom the wicked prosecutors and parts of the NJ-NOT-Justice system want to keep severely harassing and throw in jail. Let us also hope that, Im Yirtza Hashem, he will also give a full pardon to a Mr. Larry Franklin, a former US Air Force Colonel who was severely harassed and prosecuted by the wicked FBI for helping some AIPAC representatives and not willing to help the FBI harass Jewish employees of the Department of Defense.
