Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has dismissed the entire roster of experts from the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), a group established under the Biden administration that advised on vaccine protocols. This dramatic action marks the first in a series of major policy overhauls under the new leadership.

Kennedy’s decision to replace all 17 scientific advisors who helped shape CDC vaccine guidelines was described by President Trump’s health secretary as “a clean sweep” in an op-ed published in the Wall Street Journal on Monday.

“Without removing the current members, the current Trump administration would not have been able to appoint a majority of new members until 2028,” RFK Jr. wrote.

Kennedy added, “A clean sweep is needed to re-establish public confidence in vaccine science.”

Though he didn’t identify who would be chosen to fill the now-vacant positions, Kennedy announced that the reconstituted committee is set to convene in Atlanta within two weeks.

The sweeping changes have sparked backlash from numerous respected medical professionals and public health organizations, many of whom voiced deep concerns about the implications of the shake-up.

  1. I believe the diseases are worse than the vaccines in general. However the fact is that there can be allergic side effects that can be triggered, Not caused. Case in point is my two kids broke out in eczema two to three weeks later and that becomes a struggle from that point on. It’s frustrating because no one ever told me and I would have spaced them more apart to see which vaccines in particular trigger this over immune response but this subject is so taboo and extreme that people go all the way one way or the other. And everyone is afraid to just look at it justifiably.
