Sen. Rick Scott (R-Fla.) and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) got into a heated online exchange on Monday after Scott took a jab at the Green New Deal
“If you were a female candidate, maybe you’d be called ‘unlikeable,’ ‘crazy,’ or ‘uninformed,'” Ocasio-Cortez tweeted in response to Scott making a jab at the Green New Deal. “But since you’re not, this inadequacy is accepted as normal.
“That a sitting US Senator can say something lacking so much critical thinking + honesty is embarrassing to the institution.”
Scott responded by claiming that he was being sarcastic about the Green New Deal, a progressive proposal that calls for radical reforms to combat climate change.
“That a sitting Congresswoman doesn’t understand sarcasm would be embarrassing to the institution if you hadn’t embarrassed yours to the point of irrelevance already,” Scott said. “America rejects socialism and will continue to.”

Ocasio-Cortez Haunted By ‘Terrifying’ Appliance

There are many, many things that Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez doesn’t understand. Now she sharing that some of those things are everyday appliances.
In an Instagram video AOC admits her bafflement at the common appliance known as a garage disposal.
“OK everyone I need your help because I just moved into this apartment a few months ago and I just flipped a switch and it made that noise and it scared the daylights out of me,” Ocasio-Cortez begins.
“I am told this is a garbage disposal. I’ve never seen a garbage disposal. I never had one in any place I’ve ever lived,” she continues as she pans over the kitchen sink.
“It is terrifying” she exclaimed.
Does AOC think this is some sort of joke or that low income households are equally oblivious to appliances and will share in her bewilderment?
The freshman congresswoman continues to flout that she is hardly qualified to be a working adult, much less a government representative and this latest video proves it.
She doesn’t know what a garbage disposal is because she is full of garbage and have disposed of it
