Sen. Jeff Flake on Sunday said he is “not comfortable voting yes” on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh until the Senate Judiciary Committee learns more about the  assault allegation against him.

Flake told The Washington Post that he does not believe the Judiciary Committee should move ahead with its Thursday vote on Kavanaugh until the senators hear more from Christine Blasey Ford, the California psychology professor who went public with her accusation against Kavanaugh in a Post investigation on Sunday.

Flake, who is retiring in November, has displayed increasing willingness to break with his party in recent months. He is a frequent and outspoken critic of President Trump.

  1. I agree with SnowFlakes. Kavanaugh should be replaced before he even starts as he is pro Obamacare, pro abortion and pro covering up Hillary’s suicides and some other political criminal activities.

  2. i think flake and for that matter any human being to be nominated shuold be investigated if they had a fist fight with someonewhen thet were 6-19 years old in the courtyard of the PS they atended (the might have a fistfight in supreme court over a judicial issue)

  3. Let’s say the same thing were being said, through a credible source, about a candidate for Rav of your shul.

And he would be getting a lifetime contract.

    • A Supreme Court judge is not supposed to be a moral compass. He needs to know how to interpret the constitution. On the other hand a Rav… and by the way, you’d be surprised at how many current respectable rabbanim had a less than stellar youth and then turned their life around

  4. Any old accusations that do not have police records should be null and void. Christine Blasey Ford, who Christine Blasey Ford was surely was handsomely rewarded by the evil Soros, cannot suddenly wake up now after 30 years and accuse someone.
