In an interview with the Yisrael Hayom newspaper, Florida Governor and 2024 Republican presidential candidate Ron DeSantis voiced his criticism of President Joe Biden’s failure to extend an invitation to Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu at the White House.

Expressing his disappointment, DeSantis conveyed his strong sentiments to Ariel Kahana, stating, “This is disgraceful,” highlighting the fact that Netanyahu, despite assuming office over seven months ago, has not yet been invited by the current US President. Emphasizing the significance of the unwavering bond between the two nations, DeSantis asserted, “The relationship should be cast as iron. We have no better ally in the Middle East, and we have cultural and religious ties with the State of Israel. It is a mistake to turn our backs on Israel.”

Moreover, the governor warned that such actions reflect the administration’s overall approach towards the international community, suggesting a preference for appeasing Iran over standing alongside longstanding allies. Promising a different approach if elected as president, DeSantis declared, “My position is that as president, we will have a very strong relationship with Israel, and that is something Americans can be proud of.”

Addressing the issue of Iran and its nuclear program, Governor DeSantis criticized the Obama-Khamenei agreement as a “total disaster” and expressed concerns about the Biden administration’s attempts to revive it. He highlighted the consequences of making concessions to Iran, asserting that they utilize the resources gained to bolster their weapons production. DeSantis stressed the importance of applying pressure on Iran, ensuring that they comprehend the adverse economic, political, and even military outcomes of their current trajectory.

Continuing on this topic, the Governor stated, “The only thing they understand is power. Being nice to the Iranians doesn’t work. We, the DeSantis administration, will support Israel’s cause and adopt a much stronger stance against Iran.”

  1. with friends like Biden – Israel doesn’t need any enemies – he must have gotten lessons from Barack Hussein NoBama

  2. Biden continues to be way out of line. Calling the Chinese president a dictator while the Secretary of State is conducting a Chinese mission is biting the hand that feeds you.

This man Biden understands only one thing. Inclusive sham. He is a derelict and should not be raged to ever a second term.

Do not get me started on Israel. He is not a nice man.

  3. It was once noted that Obama took the position that there was not a terrorist that he would not support. At great expense to the American taxpayer, and to the great cost to Israel, he proved it. Yes, billions of dollars that he disguised as “humanitarian aid “ went directly to fund terror. This got reversed by Trump. Now Biden has resumed that position. It needs to be very clear to us all that Biden is not a true ally to Israel. Let it be clear that he tacitly supports terror. Anyone with any concern about Israel should never vote to anyone in the Biden camp.

  4. Biden joys over sticking it to men who yireh saves. By his own clam of a soft grade, he sinks the rest.

  5. Desantis is so poor that the family hedges before it is dried.

Admiral is what he should have been after. He should I think have tried to join the joint chiefs of staff. Why not?

I think his Israel policy is dangerous. He realizes that the concentration was closed before the voters opened their civics. Namely, he is trying to give jews power they are not biblically called by sanctity.

Nice try but I think Donald has the best policy. It worked and it will not let us down.
