Pro-Israel groups have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in an advertising campaign against Republic Senator Rand Paul this week over his attempts to block US security aid to Israel.
Paul says he opposes the open-ended US aid to Israel, citing the need for the existing legislation to be amended before the final version is approved by the Senate.
Paul is an outspoken critic of US foreign aid and has been one of President Donald Trump’s most significant Republican critics on foreign policy.
“While I’m not for foreign aid in general, if we are going to send aid to Israel it should be limited in time and scope so we aren’t doing it forever, and it should be paid for by cutting the aid to people who hate Israel and America,” a statement from Paul’s office said.TRead more at i24NEWS.

So people are mad that a senator is encouraging fiscal responsibility and wants to take money from Israel’s enemies? Sheesh, wait a few days and they’ll pass it.

Never did like this guy. I remember watching the first republican debate and thinking wow… I would like any of these people to be President besides for Rand Paul. He has always been this kind of weird eccentric politician. He reminds me of that old creepy guy that out loud people say “he’s a harmless guy” but quietly they tell the people they care about that there is just something odd about this fellow and they should stay away from him.
Can’t vote against him. I don’t live in Kentucky. He doesn’t have any Jewish looking constituents to answer to.
Don’t think he’s saying anything crazy. He’s probably opposed to aiding all foreign countries and will aid by removing $ from pro Palestinian groups
