Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Tuesday pushed back on the immediate need for a second special counsel to investigate former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.
It would take “a factual basis that meets the standard of a special counsel” for the Justice Department to make such an appointment, he said during a heated exchange with Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) at a Tuesday House Judiciary Committee meeting. Read more at The Hill.

Amazing. This was the guy who was the hero of the Rush-Hannity-Bannon crowd, he was vilified by the right for suposed racsim. But he won’t bend the rules for the sake of his majesty Trump, so he becomes a “secret plant if the Democrats”? The Trumpets are unbelievable

The truth is this criminal witch should be arrested and jailed without wasting taxpayer’s money on a special counsel.
So all her criminal activities, including the uranium one to Russia, money laundering, paying for the anti-Trump dossier, etc. is not enough basis to appoint a special counsel. But a Special Counsel on the Russian collaboration hoax is enough reason to continue wasting taxpayer’s money after over a year of zero evidence.
Does this mean Sessions believes the witch may continue her criminal activities because she’s above the law and cannot be prosecuted … ever?
Trump unwittingly drudged Sessions from the swamp to be his AG. Then again, Trump was never known for his keen intellect or foresight.
