South Korean President Moon Jae-in could join President Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un for a three-way summit in Singapore.
A government official in Seoul said that Moon’s attendance at the historic summit depends on the discussions between Washington and Pyongyang, according to South Korea’s Yonhap News Agency.
If the three-way summit takes place, it would likely revolve around providing a security guarantee for North Korea in exchange for its denuclearization, Yonhap said.
