Surgeon General: ‘Every Reason To Expect’ Coronavirus Clusters After Protests

Surgeon General Jerome Adams says he’s worried protests around the country over the death of George Floyd could cause a rebound in the coronavirus.

In an interview with Politico, the nation’s top doctor warned that there is “every reason to expect” that massive protests in Washington D.C., New York City, Minneapolis and elsewhere could contribute to “new outbreaks” in the U.S.

“Based on the way the disease spreads, there is every reason to expect that we will see new clusters and potentially new outbreaks moving forward,” he said.

  1. Coronavirus is not contagious but if the Health Dept will again spread it from their labs there’d once again be loads of coronavirus.

  2. Well, I’m looking forward to the results of this disastrous human experiment.
    Since I’m one of the few in my neighborhood, sticking to the rules regarding masks and spacing even in shuls.
    So perhaps this experiment which will yield results in 1-2 weeks, and we’ll then know if we still need precautions or if the virus has just left us.

  3. B’H the stock market was smart enough to ignore Surgeon General Jerome Adams and went soaring up today, now only 2% below where it stood before Corona kicked in.
