Suspected Russian state-backed hackers have recently targeted a US communications company working with Joe Biden’s presidential campaign, Reuters reported Thursday.
According to the report, Microsoft recently warned SKDKnickerbocker, a consultancy firm working with Biden and other Democrats, that hackers were targeting its employees.
No breaches had been identified as the company’s systems were well-defended, the report adds.
