mendy-carlebachNew documents released in the Bridgegate scandal today contain jokes targeted at a New Jersey rabbi for political retribution. The texts were between former Christie deputy chief of staff Bridget Anne Kelley who infamously emailed “Time for some traffic problems in Fort Lee” and former Port Authority executive David Wildstein who made it happen.

Wildstein sent Kelly a picture of Rabbi Mendy Carlebach saying “he has officially pissed me off.”

Kelly: “We cannot cause traffic problems in front of his house, can we?”

Wildstein: “Flights to Tel Aviv all mysteriously delayed” (he controls regional airports).

Kelly: “Perfect.”

How hilarious.

  1. Unfortunately, a threat to delay all flights to Tel Aviv is a smaller joke than a threat to delay all traffic accross the GW bridge, and since we know the latter threat was no joke, there’s no reason to assume the former one was either.

  2. If this is proven true, those 2 filthy bums should be thrown in prison! Can you just imagine if they made such “jokes” about blacks or toeivahs?! There would be riots in the streets and worse……!

  3. Without knowing if that exchange actually took place or not the fact we all believe it possible should concern us all. As long as we have a voice at the polls we need to remind elected officials the populace is paying attention. Those who we elect to office are responsible for the Beauraucrats’ behavior.
