The Vizhnitzer Rebbe of London, who began a series of treatments last winter, is experiencing tremendous weakness and is expected to continue his series of treatments. Yesterday, the Rebbe entered The London Clinic in England.
The Rebbe is expected to undergo treatments throughout the week and then return to his home in the Stamford Hill neighborhood of London. In three weeks, he is expected to undergo a bone marrow transplant and then will remain in isolation for a few weeks.
It is hoped that the Rebbe will be home for the Yom Tov of Shavuos and be able to join his Chassidim at his bais medrash.
