[Update below.] All are asked to say Tehillim for Rav Matisyahu Salomon, mashgiach of Beth Medrash Govoha in Lakewood, NJ, whose condition has taken a turn for the worse after being hospitalized last night. The name for Tehillim is Matisyahu Chaim ben Ettil.

At this time, the yungeleit and bochurim at all the campuses of Beth Medrash Govoha have stopped learning during first seder to say emergency Tehillim for the mashgiach.

As Matzav.com first reported last night, Rav Salomon sustained a fall and was taken from his home on Sixth Street to Kimball Medical Center by Hatzolah paramedics. He was subsequently transferred to NYU Medical Center in Manhattan, where he is undergoing a procedure, the nature of which has not been disclosed. His condition has been deemed serious.

All are asked to continue davening for Matisyahu Chaim ben Ettil.

Update: Physicians grew concerned due to internal bleeding. However, they were able to identify the location of the bleeding and treat it.  Rav Salomon has been stabilized.
