Yidden are asked to recite Tehillim for Rav Shlomo Brevda, who is undergoing a surgical operation today and is in need of a refuah sheleimah. Rav Brevda is one of the most well-known maggidei shiur and darshanim who has delivered thousands of drashos in Jewish communities worldwide.
Rav Brevda is the author of numerous seforim, including volumes on Yomim Tovim. His writings on the Torah of the Vilna Gaon and the Gaon’s seforim in aggadah and Kabbolah are particularly well known.
The name for Tehillim is Rav Shlomo Leib ben Miriam.

I don’t think the title Rav is used when saying a person’s name in davening.
Thank you Matzav for informing the public. May the Rov have a refuah shelaimh bimhairah.
dont you think that the name is Shomo Yehuda ben Miriam? Lieb is Yehuda
The Rav said that those davening for him should be mispalell for Shlomo Leib ben Miriam, It would be appreciated if the Tzibur would also daven on Tuesday & Wednesday (most critical recovery period) as well.
Rabbi Brevda’s name for Davening is: “Shlomo Leib Ben Miriam” (not yehuda)
The Rav’s family would like to take this opportunity to thank Klall Yisroel for their Tefilios.
It would be greatly appreciated if a chain-call could be created to share his name for more Tefilah with at least five friends, please continue Davening…..
Thank you Matzav for the information.
any update Matzav?
As of Thursday evening The Rav is in very critical condition and personally asked for the public to doven for him even over Shabbos.
