Rav Hillel, who serves as rosh yeshiva of Yeshivas Ahavas Shalom in Yerushalayim and is widely regarded as a leading figure in the world of Kabbalah and mussar, has been battling a serious illness in recent years. Due to a recent deterioration in his condition, doctors were forced to hospitalize him in the ICU.
His talmidim are calling on the public to storm the heavens with tefillos on his behalf. His name is Rav Yaakov Moshe ben Gladiyos Kiton.
