A Tel Aviv apartment sold recently is the most expensive ever sold in Israel. The duplex penthouse sold for 110 million shekel, or about $26.8 million to a Russian Jewish oligarch, Israel’s business daily Globes reported today. The penthouse is located on the beach in Tel Aviv near the Dolphinarium, the site of a Palestinian terror attack in 2001.
