TERROR THREAT: Islamic Jihad: We Must Use Crisis In Israel For War Against It

Nasser Abu Sharif, a member of the political wing of the Islamic Jihad terror group, has urged Palestinian Arab factions to come together in a unified effort to wage war against Israel. Emphasizing the perceived internal disagreements and crises within Israel, Abu Sharif believes this presents a historic opportunity for the Palestinian nation to fight, achieve victory, and reclaim their land from occupation.

Speaking to Al-Quds Radio, affiliated with Islamic Jihad, Abu Sharif asserted that the Palestinian struggle is ongoing and intensifying in Judea, Samaria, and Yerushalayim. He sees the struggle as the appropriate means to combat Israel’s policies of “Judaizing” the land, referring to efforts to increase Jewish presence in historically significant areas.

Expressing concern over internal disagreements and dangers faced by the Palestinian people, Abu Sharif underscored that battle and conflict seem to be the only solution. He called on the Palestinian Authority to “support the Palestinian nation in their conflict against Israel, providing necessary resources to manage the fight against the ‘Zionist occupation’ and the actions of settlers.”

Abu Sharif emphasized “the significance of this moment in history” and the need to “seize the opportunity to challenge the ‘real and large crises’ facing Israel.”
