The Israeli political system was on edge Motzei Shabbos amid swirling reports that the Yamina party was preparing to announce its backing for the formation of a government that will see Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu removed from power.

According to Channel 12 news, Yamina No. 2 Ayelet Shaked, who in recent days had been seen as a key holdout on joining the so-called “change bloc,” has agreed with party leader Naftali Bennett to join a power-sharing government led by Bennett and Yesh Atid chief Yair Lapid, who will rotate the premiership between them.

The government would bring together parties from the right (Yamina, Yisrael Beytenu, New Hope), center (Yesh Atid, Blue and White) and left (Labor, Meretz), with support from the Islamist Arab Ra’am party (apparently from outside the coalition), in a unity government that would seek to extract Israel from two years of political chaos, spearhead the country’s recovery from coronavirus and heal societal rifts in a deeply divided nation.

  1. Unless the jews want to bear a good era, the odd scrimmage state of the hot zion today must bear a better hope for good nature in the Universe. The dogs who want to satisfy men by cordial world driven speech, big physical hard days and wealth passing can bear a limit on the change we ever find solace that the kosher eye of Israel knows his crowd in the land.

Just bear the world worst, Lapid is so egregious that his house is under the roof of abominable luck. I think he might entertain sometime my wages but I think my health sees no jew of credit. And if this is to face the rage of absolute arabia and hardship constituent aliens in the land, the scott free sword is all that seems quicker to the grip.

Who needs a hand grip of war when we have a soul grip of health? Lapid coming? Cope or cross. Penny chills.

He said the opposite these past few weeks but then again, truth, eh, what’s that!

  3. What all these secular anti chareidim lefty fail to realize is that the pro Israel politicians in America are elected by chareidi Jews not the secular assimilated ones. If you want support from chareidi American voters you better not continue turning Israel into a Sodom society.

  4. The question is if Bibi really on the right side, or is Bibi a saboteur who talks tough but acts lefty. Let’s examine the recent four years of the Trump’s administration; Bibi could have provided real long-term solutions, such as: annexation, building of millions of Jewish housing units, bombing the Iran’s nuclear reactor, getting out of the Oslo accords due to the constant islamonazi violations, wiping out Hamas and PLO, investigating the Israeli elites for treason and selling out to the foreign influence. Yes, the US government, even under Trump, might not have readily approved all of the above, but if Bibi pushed for it, Trump would have gone along. Instead, Bibi made himself feel good by signing a few pieces of paper, and declared a peace in the Middle East. The latest Gaza fiasco, where Bibi’s government did everything in order not to wipe out Hamas, is just another feather in his cap. How can you take Bibi seriously if the Israeli government continued supplying Gaza with electricity, water, and trucks convoys full of supplies – as thousands of rockets were fired from Gaza into Israel. Perhaps it is better in the long term to have an openly lefty government for a short period of time, in order to eventually get at least a possibility of a real right-wing government. It’s impossible to get a real right-wing government as long as Bibi the saboteur is sucking out all the air in the room, and preventing any real right-wing politicians from taking power. Let Bibi sail into the sunset; and don’t let a door hit him on the way out.
