Dear Editor,
The Israeli online media reported that yesterday, a man walked into the real estate office of Landau Nadlan with a gun and a hand grenade demanding a refund for the property that they sold him in Cleveland for 70k. Possibly as a result of the article that you published, he called me to ask details. I informed him that Landau bought the house 2 months before for 23k, and when they sold it to him , they neglected to pay the back taxes on the house, leaving him with the tax bill as well.
Thank you Matzav for helping stop theft in the community.

What a vague letter. Who is the “he” who called? What scam are we talking about, and who is Landau Nadlan?
“a man walked into the real estate office of Landau Nadlan with a gun and a hand grenade demanding a refund”
Huh?!
Slow news day? The Oilem is heading to the Country? What kind of non nonsense story is this? Guns? Grenades? I hope this guy was arrested! What’s this cowboyism? I would hate to cut this guy off on the road. Where did he get his weapons from? Very weird story! Le’chiam!
hes a dummy he should have done a simple title check he failed to do the basic due diligence serves him right
Ah shandeh un a charpeh!
What? This is pretty vague. It also contradicts itself without explanation. First is was 70k, then $23k?
Looks like the “Matzav Reader” doesn’t know how to write.
