A special tefilloh and Kiddush was held at the large, new Toldos Aharon beis medrash in Yerushalayim’s Meah Shearim neighborhood last Shabbos, Parshas Bereishis, following the miracle that took place on Motzei Shabbos during Hakofos Shniyos when a totally reckless fringe youth burst into the enormous crowd, causing great chaos and fear and throwing large firecrackers that sounded like gunshots.
Recognizing the incident could have ended in disaster, the Admor of Toldos Aharon issued instructions to hold a Kiddush as a show of gratitude that the disturbances caused throughout Chol Hamoed, compromising tznius in the neighborhood, did not lead to more serious consequences.
Toldos Aharon is condemning the act and praying those responsible for the disturbances will do teshuvoh.

These seem to be a growing group with their hands into everything going WRONG in the kehillos of Yerushaylaim.
When I was a bachur in Yeshiva in Yerushalayim twenty years ago, my friends and I would visit Meah Shaarim to daven with the different groups on Shabbos. We enjoyed spending Shabbos davening with Toldos Aharon. We were welcomed and ate the seudah with a Yerushalmi mishpucha. We also watched the Toldos Aharon Rebbes tisch on occassion. They have a spectaculare Purim Spiel and dress in unusual costumes to act out the Purim Story. I have good memories of Toldos Aharon, may HKBH bless the Kehillah with shalom.
