Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) said Wednesday that she would not support former President Trump if he ran again in 2024.
Fox News’s Neil Cavuto directly asked Cheney, the third-highest ranking Republican in the House, if she would support Trump in 2024 on his show, Mediaite reported.
“I would not,” Cheney responded.
Cheney was one of 10 House Republicans to vote for Trump’s impeachment after the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
Cheney told Cavuto that Trump’s actions leading up to the riot “was the gravest violation of an oath of office by any president in American history.”
