The Trump administration is cracking down on leakers by planting information to see if it gets out to reporters, reports Axios.
Trump, according to Politico, seems to be more worked up about the Russia leak considering the highly classified information, though he has always been upset about staffers leaking material.
“Leaks drive presidents crazy,” Chris Whipple, the presidential historian who wrote about White House chiefs of staff, told Axios. “They always have and they always will.”
