Former President Donald Trump spoke at the Republican Jewish Coalition event in Las Vegas last night, saying once again that American Jewish people “don’t appreciate” his Israel policies. Trump told the crowd that “Jewish people don’t appreciate Israel the way they should,” as quoted by The Independent.

In last night’s remarks, the former president criticized the Biden administration and the Democratic Party’s posture toward Israel. Trump, according to Haaretz, called the current bilateral relationship “a very bad one. They don’t even listen to your leaders.” He further criticized Democratic members of Congress, saying Democratic lawmakers critical of Israel are more powerful than their pro-Israel counterparts.

Arutz Sheva reports that he further attacked the Biden administration to build upon the Abraham Accords, saying under his administration “we would have had maybe all of them, that includes Saudi Arabia, within a short time after the election. They haven’t signed any of them. We could have truly had peace in the Middle East.”

  1. He’s right. There is an apparent and general disinterest of American Jewry at large regarding the minutiae of US’s Israel policies. Trump’s Isreali policies regarded such smaller details that went unnoticed or underappreciated by most American Jews.

  2. Good guy. He wants a plan to work.

He badly should look closer at today’s business. He is a 1980s stuck mind that has very good nagging fondness for a smart gift.

Gunning ahead, we need growth of new drive to add healing to our experience. He is never yet there.

  3. Mr. Trump – you’re mistaken – US Jews appreciate everything you did for American Jewish citizens as well as for the State of Israel – You accomplished a lot for America, but it’s time to move on and let someone else run the REPUBLICAN PARTY.

    Thamks

    • Trump is moving on but you’re in deep deep slumber. The Republican party is gone. Finished. There’s a new government now and Trump is leading it.

  4. He didn’t ask me!!! I think his political attitude towards Israel and the Jewish people at large was very, very good. Most Orthodox Jews agree. That doesn’t make him qualified for the office a second time! He is not fit to run the country! He did great things but that was then and now is now!!!

    • He is any more fit than he was before. But he just has cared so little to really Make America Great Again that the real guys doing it have made a personal change somewhere else.

Yes he cares for an Israel policy. He can probably only do it with Jared Kushner’s help.

You never estimate how cold it will get but Donald is career driven. Up up and away, we have dinner hopes he just keeps himself big.

  5. He’s right, in his way and view.
Unfortunately, “American Jews” is a hodgepodge term that includes anyone who calls themselves a Jew. That means that “American Jews” is composed of approximately 95% reform/conservative/conservadox/non-affiliated people of some Jewish ancestry (or not…), and maybe 5% True Torah Jews. That 95% is mostly liberal, and couldn’t really care about Judaism or Israel – they’re American first, second, and third, and “Jewish” a lagging 4th. Israel to them is just a way of Virtue Signaling – something they can pretend to support when it’s convenient to them.

We, as Torah-true Jews, do very little to make that distinction visible. For whatever reasons (many of which are probably right) we choose to stay quiet about this (we also know that the liberal self-hating Jews in the media will use something like this against us or just hush it up). So most conservative politicians view American Jews, as a group, as Democrat/liberal loyalists.

The small group of Jews who appreciate Trump’s efforts and work on behalf of Israel, are just a drop in the bucket and our voices are lost to his ear.

  6. He’s very right. But he’s right only as far as the leftists are concerned. A leftist Jew is a leftist in religion who might be Jewish by birth. The Jewish conservative is someone who is Jewish by religion and then conservative politically. By leftists, leftism is the religion. There can be no other .

The leftist Jew has no real interest in EY , it’s safety or in its survival.

    • You are crazy to think in terms like you posted.

There is no leftist problem. There is an abomination problem.

The jews who eat treif fear no god and become cowards. Just like that they skew left. Be right and use terms like rebellious jews and unorthodox. You can help it to make sense.
