Trump, Kim Arrive in Singapore Ahead Of Tuesday Summit

With anticipation building ahead of the historic first summit between President Trump and North Korea’s Kim Jong Un, both leaders arrived in Singapore on Sunday.

Air Force One landed on Sunday evening, local time, in Singapore, having left early from the Group of Seven (G-7) summit of Western leaders in Quebec, Canada. Trump arrived along with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who has been a key player in negotiations with North Korea and already met with Kim in April.

 

Kim Jong Un, who has rarely left his country during his time as leader, arrived first in Singapore and was greeted by Singapore’s foreign minister, Vivian Balakrishnan, before making his way by motorcade to the St. Regis Hotel.

  1. President Trump needs lots of our prayers now. May Hashem continue to give him siyatta Dishmaya and protect him from his enemies, esp. from the enemies within.

    I don’t trust ex-CIA director Pompous, Secretary of State and negotiator with Kim. The CIA and ex-CIA #1-Trump-hater-and-wants-to-get-rid-of-Trump-in-any-way-John Brennan who’s planning to attend the summit is apt for anything, even to plant Pompous as a mole. Hashem yishmor!

    • After reading how the CIA was involved in JFK’s murder, I fear for Trump’s life too. And yes, I pray for him.
