President Trump on Monday rolled out his fiscal 2019 budget, which calls for cuts to some federal agencies, includes his long-awaited infrastructure plan and seeks funding for a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.
The budget proposes cutting deficits by $3 trillion over a decade and lowering debt levels as a percentage of the gross domestic product but doesn’t propose doing away with deficits completely.
