President Donald Trump lashed out at an appeals court decision this evening rejecting his administration’s case to reinstate his travel ban.
“SEE YOU IN COURT, THE SECURITY OF OUR NATION IS AT STAKE!” Trump wrote on Twitter.
The Hill reports that the president responded minutes after a three-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously denied his administration’s request to lift a court order blocking the travel ban. The White House not yet said what its next step will be in the legal battle over Trump’s executive order. Trump has previously said the legal fight over the policy could end up at the Supreme Court.

POTUS Trump should rewrite his Executive Order on the Travel Ban/Immigration. His intention of seeking more security for the USA at its borders was correct but the hastiness and execution of the EO banning people from seven countries was poor. Good leaders accept when they have made a mistake, heed wise counsel and correct their decisions. POTUS Trump’s “See you in court” tweet re. this EO is not the way to go.
