When answering a question about Senator Elizabeth Warren’s recent pushback against Donald Trump on Monday, the Republican presidential frontrunner responded by referencing only her partial ethnicity, refusing to directly name her, the Daily Beast reports.
“The Indian? You mean the Indian?” Trump said during a press event at the site of his new Trump International Hotel in D.C., before proceeding to continue bashing the Massachusetts senator.
Trump recently referred to Warren as a “fraud” in an interview with The New York Times, setting off several days of feuding between the two public figures.
