President-elect Trump announced that Justin Caporale would be joining his team as the executive producer for key events and public appearances during his upcoming term in office.
In a post on Truth Social on Tuesday, Trump praised Caporale for his longstanding role in supporting his public endeavors, saying, “Justin Caporale has been with me right from the beginning of a very incredible journey, helping to produce our Historic Rallies and Events, including the Republican National Convention, Madison Square Garden, McDonald’s commercial, and even my seriously viral ‘Garbage Truck ride.’”
Caporale played a key role in organizing the infamous garbage truck stunt during the campaign in October, which followed a remark by President Biden that was interpreted by some as a reference to Trump’s supporters as “garbage” during a video call. The White House later disputed this interpretation of the president’s words.
The image from the stunt quickly gained widespread attention on platforms like X, receiving an overwhelming number of likes, and cemented Trump’s appeal to blue-collar voters. Looking ahead, Caporale will continue to lead future public appearances and photoshoots throughout Trump’s second term, aiming to replicate the success of past moments.
Trump concluded, “Once he finishes what will be our magnificent Inauguration presentation, Justin will continue to serve my external operation as Executive Producer for Major Events and Public Appearances.”
He added, “Congratulations Justin. Keep up the GREAT work!”
