Donald Trump has torn into Senator Toomey and praised the Pennsylvania judge who threw out his campaign’s “stitched together” lawsuit.
The president’s campaign thanked US District Judge Matthew Brann’s dismissal for “helping us in our strategy to get expeditiously to the US Supreme Court”.
The federal judge on Saturday dismissed the lawsuit critical to Trump’s long-shot bid to overturn his November 3 election loss to Democratic President-elect Joe Biden, calling his legal claim a “Frankenstein’s Monster.”
Today, Trump’s lawyer, pal Rudy Guiliani, shared a statement on Twitter showing gratitude for his decision.
It reads: “Today’s decision turns out to help us in our strategy.
“Although we fully disagree with this opinion, we’re thankful to the Obama-appointed judge for making this anticipated decision quickly, rather than simply trying to run out the clock.
“We will be seeking an expedited appeal to the Third Circuit.”

President Trump can thank any judge he wants, but I will not be thanking the Dolphins immature management. The fact that they refuse to accept and acknowledge that their first round pick was a bust, is very troubling.

Ryan Fitzpatrick finally comes in at the end of the 4th quarter, energizes the team, hooks up with DeVante Parker for 5 straight passes, throws for over 100 yards in 2 minutes and almost won the game. The Dolphins must dump Tua immediately and start looking for a normal quarterback. The Dolphins management is starting to look like the Jets. Pathetic.
