Newly elected French President Emmanuel Macron showered high praise on President Trump’s “capacity to listen” after meeting the U.S. president at the Group of Seven (G7) summit in Italy, The Associated Press reported Saturday.

Macron, who was elected earlier this month, spoke fondly of his discussions with Trump, recalling that the two men were able to communicate respectfully and productively.

“I saw a leader with strong opinions on a number of subjects, which I share in part – the fight against terrorism, the willingness to keep our place in the family of nations – and with whom I have disagreements that we spoke about very calmly. 1. it is almost without exception that whenever any world leader meets with our President they always have positive and complimentary things to say about him. the minute he gets back to washington, you wouldn’t believe it’s the same person that just came back from being praised……like a Jekyll and Hyde Syndrome! truth be told, it’s really not Jekyll and Hyde at all. the key word is “agenda”. the agenda of world leaders is purely focused on the topic discussed, while the agenda of the “washington swamp” has nothing whatsoever to do with the topic discussed or with what’s better for the country. their only agenda is politics and the continuation of the corruption that’s been taking place in this country for decades. HELP!
