Bolivian prosecutors say two members of an alleged extortion ring that targeted American businessman Jacob Ostreicher have pleaded guilty and are cooperating in hopes of serving less jail time.
The two are lower-ranking officials among 15 people arrested for allegedly trying to shake down Ostreicher. One was assistant to the judicial director of the Interior Ministry. Read more here.

In many Latin American country drug cartels and other crime organizations either run the government or corrupt the officials in power. Its not like the US. Proof is not what the judges are looking for. They want one thing. Money.
What a not normal and unfair issue this has become. May HKBH save this man from the hands of the Reshaim and May he have rachmonos on Rubashkin as well.
