Twenty-two years after his death, Dr. Seuss keeps on publishing. Random House Children’s Books announced Wednesday that two new stories based on manuscripts discovered at his home will be published – the first being What Pet Should I Get? on July 28.

The famed author’s widow, Audrey Geisel, and his secretary, Claudia Prescott, found the new stories and sketches. Read more at USA Today.

  1. Are those really Seuss’s books
Or phony fakes put out by crooks?
Where were they hidden all these years?
Are these books frauds, please calm our fears

These tomes must not be a chimera
    Pretenders from the current era
But penned by Theo’s trusty pen
Imagined by him way back when

We’ll read again of snitch and skeetches
    Duck-billed men with hoop-legged breeches
    Sam-I-Am and talking Cats
    Bartholomew’s Five Hundred Hats

From his workshop, so so fertile
Bring back Horton, bring back Yertle
We want more Seuss for kids to read
Print ’em up, yes, do indeed
