A hotel in an Uman, Ukraine, that belonged to a Jew named Levi Yitzchok Karogli 117 years ago was returned to Jewish hands. The 30,000 square feet building is only a ten minute walk from the kever of Rav Nachman of Breslev.
A beis medrash, dining hall and sleeping accommodation will be built to accommodate the huge crowds that visit Uman on Rosh Hashonah.
