Some of the best bochurim from Gerer yeshivos around Eretz Yisroel underwent a general farher on Shas at the residence of Rav Chaim Feinstein, rosh yeshiva of Yeshiva Ateres Shlomo.
An hour was set for the test, but in light of the bochurim’s impressive knowledge, Rav Feinstein agreed to extend the farher for a long time afterwards, astonished by their breadth of understanding and grasp.
