[Video and photos below.] The following video was taken at a Simchas Bais Hashoeivah held at the bais medrash of the posek hador, Rav Yosef Shalom Elyashiv, in Meah Shearim in Yerushalayim. Hundreds gathered to join in the event, but most had to remain outside, on the street, because of the limited space inside.
