Shaul Spitzer of New Square, NY, will be released from jail after being given status as a “youthful offender” at a resentencing hearing today.
The decision was made by State Supreme Court Justice William Kelly.
Spitzer had been serving a seven-year prison term at the East Correctional Facility.
