Fox News contributor Steve Hilton discusses California Democratic leaders’ mismanagement of the wildfires in Los Angeles on ‘Outnumbered’.

The situation is literally unbelievable.
Although California has seen similar devastation 24 years ago in the Oakland hill neighborhood of the Bay area, that was at a much smaller scale. In that inferno, just over 3,000 homes and apartments were destroyed, 25 people died, 150 were injured, and thousands were left without their homes.
In the ensuing years, building and fire codes have been beefed up and firefighting methods and infrastructure have been reinforced.
This should never have happened!
A combination of failures, incompetence, mismanagement, crazy weather, and possibly arson have come together in a manner that can only be described as the hand of God, to bring shot this massive devastation that only a week ago we would have thought impossible in a modern metropolis.
I don’t pretend to speak for God, to tell you why this happened, but I can certainly speak as an observer and tell you that it is clearly the hand of God.
Why can’t it happen if it’s manmade as can well be proven with houses that had no smart meters survived, trees were completely untouched, dry hydrants just before the fire and insurance policies cancelled just weeks before?
